As a property owner, you probably know that WLE does not generally allow any sort of open house without prior permission.  Some agencies do have random open houses in WLE, but not on the scale of Weichert Realtors Paupack Group.  Certainly they do not have the marketing and exposure that we offer our clients.

Wallenpaupack Lake Estates has graciously allowed us to plan an elaborate “Extravaganza” of open houses – a one day annual event where we have our listings in WLE “open.”  Each of our listings is marked with a yellow balloon.  Some of our agents greet visitors at the West Gate and escort them to the homes, where another agent is there to answer questions about the listing.  We hand out maps and work together to present our listings to not only the WLE community, but visitors as well.  This provides a tremendous amount of exposure for our listings.

The value in having your neighbors visit open homes is huge – they have friends, family, co-workers, and other acquaintances they’d like to invite to this beautiful lake rights community.  This is a tremendous marketing opportunity for our listings to get maximum exposure.
